Thanks to my whorish ex-girlfriend, I've lost 10 pounds the past 2 weeks. I lost my appetite and didn't sleep much. Unfortunately, I'm already skinny. I'm 6'1", was 165lbs, now 155lbs. About a year ago I was 170 or so lbs because I had brollied myself at the apartment gym, but lost 8 or so lbs from just not having access to a good gym anymore when I moved (couldn't afford it, etc, blah blah blah, ib. fuck you pussy) So now, at least I'm really fucking cut and I'm at a great point to start bulking back up with MUSCLE. Some of the weight I lost was a little bit of fat around my midsection and face. So now's a sick opportunity for me to go for a six-pack and put on a little bit of muscle and look lean-cut. From my previous brolly experience, I know it's not feasible for me to get jacked. But 15lbs of muscle on me makes a HUGE difference. So what's the best way to gain back some lean muscle and get some good definition? Maybe not 15 lbs-worth, but something noticeable. Hopefully the muscle memory is still there..... Low reps, high weight Cytogainer Cardio a few times a week LOTS of food ???
