my question has basically been answered.
Please tell me you're trolling.
well, its cool you lost the weight - but the problem is you lost a ton of muscle by eating like you have.
get on a real diet and start lifting weights, you'll have healthier results
What a faggot
Your user title is 1RM, yet you come in here talking like you know absolutely nothing about training or eating? Nobody attacked you, it was just an off the wall post to start with.
well my name is OneRM because i cut my hand off on a farm when i was a kid. I don't really do any weight training because it would be hard to work both sides equally and i don't wanna look all big on one side. So I guess i just need to get doing some cardio and eat healthier. I appreciate the serious comments.
Oh and btw durk thanks for trying to make me feel like a idiot. I'll do my best not to ask any questions that wouldn't be approved by you in the future. (yeah, I'm kidding you fucking retard)
I know a guy that uses a prothetic arm from his elbow down and he benches over 700 at 220!!! I know another guy who has a prosthetic arm that with the help of straps he can deadlift!! Where there's a will, there is a way. The bench presser looked jacked to the max!! He had a huge chest, big traps, guns and back!! Much respect for those guys!!
You're the one backpedalling, faggot.
thanx bigdamray maybe I'll try figuring something out. I don't need to be huge i just want to be fit and well balanced. You are right too, if i want to bad enough i can do anything.
durk your amazing vocabulary (sp?) continues to impress me.
Wait. Now I'm REALLY confused.
he hasnt made a lift in the last three meets i've seen him lift at. his gear is getting a bit extreme
Still, just being able to train and not let his disability get in the way is awsome!! I don't know if I would have the guts to try and compete if I were disabled.
yeah but what i have learned is you are only as disabled as you let yourself be. I drive a stick, tie my shoes, and i'm a mechanic. I guess weight training just hasn't been a priority for me. Not knowing what to do/work on at the gym has kept me away more than anything.
Oh and do you guys have any pictures of this guys gear? I'd love to see what he's got rigged up. I don't like using prosthetics but i suppose they can be useful although i get along great without.
His name is Mike Hummel. I'll try to find some pics.
Damn dude I apologize, I seriously thought you were trolling at first. Good job.
its ok man, simple misunderstanding.
