I am 6ft. tall.. in 7 days I have gone from 169lbs 12.5%BF to 161lbs 11%BF. I wasn't even really trying to either.. I'm actually kind of confused as to how it happened.. and i would be really pissed about the weight loss, if my BF didn't go down with it. The only things i can think of that I have done different in the last 7 days are: Add fish-oil pills to my regular daily diet. Did a good cardio session (3 miles of runningon varied hill terrain, i usually do very little cardio) I also got hammered drunk this past saturday and probably didn't eat enough on sunday as a result. Is -8lbs and -1.5% BF in a week a lot, or am i just tripping out?
