first time ever losing my cookies after working out. Of course it was legs day and after doing my regular squats I decided to finish with doing 225 as many times as I could and I ended up doing 16 which is alot for me. Did the rest of my workout, went into the parking and lost it (next to someone else's car ) some guy walked by and was like "dude, you gonna be ok?" and i said "eventually" and he left. kinda embarassing. edit- oh, and today was the first day i've tried eating egg beaters. maybe that's what did it!
