Well my mom just called me after visiting his house

After looking at my time stamps, his family's, and talking to other OTers, he went to bed around 1:30am, and his mom came to his room this morning bc his alarm was going off, opened up and he was gone.
His mom had mentioned how happy he was these last few weeks. Things were great with his job, his siblings were coming into town, he was doing great socially and very happy (probably from all the OP love lolol). He would visit my mom's school and she said that he was terrific, too
But ya, diabetic seizure while he slept..

Was he not taking his medicine, or getting checked regularly? Was it type 1 or type 2? I don't know a lot about type 1, but my fathers had type 2 for years.

When I'm dead I won't give a fuck if my family knows it or not, let alone people I've never met IRL... but I kind of get the wanting people to know while you are still alive part of that equation even though it happens after the fact.

There is no payoff though. It's like leaving a $100 bill in the park for a stranger to find but never finding out the results... the only thing going there is your imagination as to who found it and what the reaction was. I guess that's kind of the reason for wanting people to know you are dead so you can imagine what they'll think.




Or just being a selfless person and not thinking about what is in it for you.
