So it looks like I will be unemployed until the end of september. My thoughts are wake up, eat light, run, eat big, lift big, eat big, continue eating, sleep 8 hours and repeat. Im thinking gym 5 days a week, I can go to my colleges gym so Im all set there, ill have to come up with a split for that. I just bought a tanita scale with the body fat dealy, maybe not all that accurate but perhaps it will help let me know how much fat im gaining with the muscle, going to be counting on the mirror for that mostly. I also recently started on fitday, and have been eating 2700-3000 cal a day, which is at a guess perhaps 500 cal over what i had been eating, which was maintaining my weight. Im going for a clean bulk here, Id like to keep my six pack for the summer. Also Im on a bit of a budget as I no longer have an income, I can still afford things within reason though. I recently started a log, so Ill try and post in that regularly, but if anyone has any suggestions Id love to hear them. Im not a huge n00b, but a bit.
