i wish some DOMS would feel this great...i hate when my legs are sore...

i changed my squat routine last round and for the past 2 days the inside of my thighs have felt like death. feels like im walking around trying to squeeze a basketball as hard as i can between my legs.
walking around looking like your holding in diarrhea of death ftl
just tried snatch grip power shrugs the other day, my traps are pretty sore. fucking fun exercise..
hamstrings/quads are the worst imo. when i wasn't lifting consistently id' take months off then come back, squat, and be hardly able to walk literally for a couple days. it was fucking awful
Agreed usually when I go bonkas on squats I can barely walk up my 3 flights of stairs..
i dont get sore that much anymore from squatting thankfully
I didn't feel "tired" enough after my back workout yesterday so i kept repping out deadlifts. My back is sooo sore.

could it be because barb is squatting 7x10?
i think ankle shrug soreness is much more awesome. either that or knee shrugs.
