Hey guys I was wondering how bad lean ground beef would be to snack on.
You can eat it only if its raw though...
I love lean ground beef, good way to get alot of protein. Don't think it's bad
ground turkey is better:
I eat raw bison all the time and its delicous, as long as you get the meat from a clean butcher who gets his meat from clean sources (not mass-production farming operations, so a Whole Foods type place) then you should be fine.
sounds kinda like a pain in the ass for a "snack"
get some beef jerky
unless you gone take that ground beef and make tacos
Haha, no I'll cut it up and eat it in a variety of ways or spread some ground on top of a pizze (great for bulking). But I have gotten drunk and just grabbed a steak and started knawing on it, was delicous.
Well I was gonna cook mine lol.. But I've never heard of ground turkey is it any good?
Honestly, it can't be good for you eating raw beef
a raw steak isn't that bad germ-wise, but eating raw ground beef is just asking for trouble
I order a pizza (normally with pineapple for my daily serving of fruit) then spread some ground bison on it about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and enjoy, it really is delicous. Or I'll make some sort of salad and toss some ground or sliced steak into it.
Thats why I get my ground from a place that will grind it up for you, so it is basically a steak as far as germs go.
thats cuz the hamburger you choose(75% lean) is about the shittiest hamburger you can buy
raw, and its more like spreading out a ball of dough then sprinkling
dont knock it till you try it man, it really is delicous
