I read the sticky and checked out the links but still got a question. I lost 90lbs so far with weight watchers but over hte last 6 weeks my overall loss as slowed almost to a halt. Normally i would say, thats fine, 1lb a week is good till I'm where I want to be but I have a wedding in 18 weeks and want to lose as much as possible before that. I'm 6'4 287lbs. I know I'm not going to be skinny or even skinny-fat by then but I want to lose as much as possible. I am looking to atleast try to get to 250lbs. I did atkins many many years ago and lost 60lbs in less than 4 months but I dont' want to do atkins again. I want to just cut out the bad carbs. The sticky said people have success with 100-150 carbs but i want less than that. Atkins says 20 to start but that sucks, I'm thinking 50. I'm just wondering what all you people who cut with low carb followed. Did any of you have carb-up days? Thanks for the help.
