I just want to know if its normal to have lower back soreness after deadlift day. I've been DL'ing for about 6 months now, and i have soreness for 1-2 days afterwards. Not necessarily muscle soreness, but kinda feels like bone / joint soreness if you know what i mean. It always goes away... and im definately feeling normal by the next time I DL. sometimes I even DL on saturday and SLDL on Monday. I use good form and want to avoid an injury... so is this normal?
