Lower Pec Attention

    Whats a good way to target the area of the pec under the nipple, so that the pec looks more full.

    I've read that decline dumbells/bench is a decent way, but I'm just not getting the same cut as I'm getting down the centre of my chest, any suggestions?

    odd, really. if you try leaning forward it may do the trick

    decline bench, and dips leaning forward. you gotta eat to get the mass though.

    Dip + Cable Cross superset really nails it for me, crazy pump.

    and yes it's true, if you don't have the shape now - you're more than likely not going to have it without the help of a "supplement" that can add new muscle fibers

    the lower is like 5/6s of the pec itself
