stretched for a good 10min and started off with ME squats working up to 1rm, 3 sets leg presses, then bb lunges. right leg; fine. left leg; man down. i pulled a quad muscle in the upper-center portion area.

god this fucking sucks. im putting ice on it right now...anything else i can do to expedite recovery either than more sleep?

lunges > * though :bigthumb: i'm so weak unfortunately. your leg routine is similar to mine, except instead of leg press i'm doing RDL's. i love it.

I'm starting jumping lunges tomorrow for my plyometric work. Something tells me I'm going to miss regular lunges.
