i like lyle's new subforum on M&M, he's already gotten into it with like 3 people

Well there still is benefits from meal frequency and he says it himself but...
I see his point with people who cant eat that way, if hitting a calorie goal is all that matters to you then get it in anyway you can

Yar, and especially WRT women the point he makes is great. When I've seriously been dieting, >1200 calories makes for some piss-poor mini-meals
