2 utility buckets + 2 3" PVC coupling joints = excellent new grip toy
I put the 3" pvc pipe over the handle portion of the buckets, making it very difficult to hold on to
put weights in the buckets, carry them up & down stairs, around the house, etc.
I'd post a pic but my camera is in houston with my gf
very nice, if youo or someone you know can weld you can build some farmers and a stronger bucket for pretty cheap
yeah I gotta buddy back home in houston with a welder. know where I can get plans for something like that?
these will hold me for now I'm sure, it'll be a while before I outgrow these I think
I put 15 lbs in each and walked around for a few minutes, fuck my forearms were burnin
you know dass how we do it
You don't really need plans as they are not exactly sophisticated equipment. Just look at some that youy can buy and copy them, when I get around to it I can take pictures and write a description of everything.
I'm new to all this, I don't even know what you're exactly talking about
haha, I'll try and fins some pics/plans for ya
sweet I appreciate it
Weld free version, the nice parft about this stye is you can have interchangable handles with different sizes. What I planned on doing is insted of the "allthread" cut another piece of pipe, fish-mouth it and weld in place.
Its almost like GT is my little protege.
question is, where can i get weight for cheap? >200lbs on each side is going to cost quite a bit
there is no way in hell anyone on this forum is going to pick up 200 lbs in one hand on a 3" bar
haha, I started doing grip work cause to increase my deadlift and it turns out I really enjoy doing it. Odd shit like this, stones and various strongman style lifts are a shit ton more fun then weights.
im talking about the same size as the one in the link above
