looking for some recipes
kefir, fresh fruit, whey, pb
I like frozen fruits, pb, ground flax seed, uncooked oatmeal, whey, milk/plain yogurt.
protein powder, ice, water
sometimes i add some peanut butter or dry oats
every morning i blend:
1/2 cup oats
Same, except I use a full cup of oats now and don't have an ice maker.
Breakfast for me... PWO is just whey/water.
Milk, water, or both
you use the quick oats? how long do you let it sit before you drink it? I've been meaning to try this.
with AllTheWay all you need is water. shit tastes 10/10. sometimes i have one after dinner as a dessert because theyre so fucking amazing.
I recommend putting the oats in a coffee grinder first. In every blender I've used they didn't get ground down enough.
blend the oats with just the liquids first. It should blend near perfectly. Then you can add the other ingredients/protein powder/ice
I do 3 scoops + 2 packets instant oatmeal + 1 tbsp pb
Blend it and let it sit for a minute or two

and I have another one that's made with melons and pineapple.

Skim Milk......thats the OG shake but to get wild and crazy
sometimes i find when i add banananan's it gets really frothy and annoying to drink
1 can diet coke
2 cans tuna

1 scoop of protein powder
1 raw egg
large spoonful of peanut butter
1/3 or 1/4 cup of cashews
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops protein
1 cup of eggs white
great source of carbs protein and fat and tastests like a milkshake!
Do you guys use a regular blender?
