bench.. I never bench with teh barbell anymore, strictly db's, but I thought I'd give it a shot today. Anyway, today was back/triceps day but I thought I'd give a 1RM bench attempt and went at it. Benched the bar for about 15 reps, concentrated on my form, focused on the line I wanted to take, my setup, etc.. Loaded up 135 .. did it x3 concentrated reps.. then I went for 185 To my surprise, went up without any problems whatsoever.. so i decided to go 195.. same as 185, didn't even feel much heavier, except for at the top of the lift.. I think I coulda pushed 205 or 210, hell maybe 215.. I felt strong as fuck, but I decided to stop playing around and go pound my back.. cliffs: testosterone is one helluva drug edit: i weighed in @ 158 when I got to the gym. 6' tall.
