Around here the city has driven homeless people off their land while claiming that they cannot evict homeless people from private land. It is beyond reprehensible that governments have pushed this problem onto others.

If we accept that ending homelessness is not feasible but there are opportunities to improve quality of life for the displaced I think it may lead to some interesting outcomes.
