Anyone look back at their wedding photos and think, "where were the kid(s)?" Then once you realize they didn't exist yet, think, "The kids would have had a great time at the wedding, kinda sucks that they missed it."

12th anniversary is tomorrow.

Not once have I ever looked at my wedding photos in those 12 years aside from the two my wife framed and hung on the wall.

Nor have I ever had that stupid thought run through my head.

It would have been nice to have our boy around sooner, though. He's cool and we like him. But we weren't ready.

I mean our reception was at the st louis zoo, I'm sure our 4 year old would have loved it. But we said no kids, we didn't want kids trying to get their parents to walk around the park and shit. Was about good food, food drinks and having fun.
