why not? happy ending massage right?
massages are good no matter what day it is
but just thinking logically, doing it the day of, the massage will help blood fill into your muscle tissue, making the workout better.
plus u will feel limber and be able to move your reps more
I've gone a few times the day of a training session and been told to come back on a non-lifting day... this is the only reason why I ask. This isn't some relaxing massage, the is an hour of pain that makes me feel awesome after

go after you train or on an off day.

deep tissue/sports + I'm gonna do some back decompression shit (mechanical traction)
massage is always good a day after do decrease soreness
mechanical traction (guessing it's lumbar traction) is fine but not recommended after every workout
i would probably avoid deep tissue...wait till muscle sorness is gone then go.

I'm going tomorrow and the therapist said he also uses a cold laser thats supposed to be uber leet
Is it the Rolf style massage? I'm always sore after that.

my masseuse always told me that i shouldnt get a massage on a workout day...
i always get a massage on an off day... what i train the day before varies
I've never had a massage...
