The winch seems to be getting a lot more use nowadays. Seems he's learning.

I managed just fine without a winch for 9 years of off-roading... But now I don't like being without one. Warn's got crazy backorders on this side of the world. Local dealer had a warehouse fire in the middle of the supply chain issues. They've got the cheaper EVO series in stock now but the more specialist ones like the Zeon Platinum and the 9.5 XPS are still way out, and those are the ones I want for the Jeeps.

Next project when some work calms down is to whip the front bumper off the Volvo and see what winch I can fit in there. I particularly don't want people snatch-pulling on that thing's tow points and of all my cars, I'm most likely to get that one stuck .

I should start charging for recovering people.

You know from my videos at the races we snatch 99.9999% of crashes/ rollovers. Winch takes too long.
