So i've been recovering from a partially torn mcl the past month or so. My PT has mainly been focused on day to day exersizes, and have been doing a wonderful job. I have no problem walking, am squatting 300+, and can do anything with lateral movement without issue. However, they haven't done anything specifically for goaltender, and I still feel pain and pressure when doing goaltender related movements. Especially lateral movements that put pressure on the inside of the knee. So, I was wondering if any of you guys who have been through this have any exersizes or stretches specific to this, that I can use to build up the inside of my knee to it's past levels...
