Some vids from thursday....heavy lower (ME phase) right click and save as... warm ups box squats olympic stance 245x10 315x10 365x10 425x6 box squats loose briefs and belt...wide stance 515x5 575x5 615x3 665x1 The breifs I had made when I was 320#, I am now around 280#, the belt is on the last notch and I can barely feel it. As far as form goes, my attempt at 665 was fugly, I lose my arch right off the box. I am recovering from a herniated disc though so my back is really weak right now, I am doing all the rev hypers I can. Overall, considering that I haven't been able to squat heavy for months and I am 40 pounds lighter..not a bad day. I think my set up needs work, but every time I jack with it I feel weaker. Other than my back problems I think my set up may be why I am dumping forward on heavy attempts. Thoughts?
