Been lifting for a little over 5 years now. Use to be real anal about recording everything and go through phases where I do it. Figured this is as best as any place to record. I am weighing in right now at about 190. Waist is about 31-32 inches. I should get some pictures posted up but that would involve me having to load camera drivers. Anyways I was doing a 5 day split routine but started a couple weeks ago on the Westside for Skinny Bastards but added a another lower body day with repetition.
