So it appears I may be getting a promotion. Good thing. The promotion puts me on the road 75% of my day visiting clients. Not good thing for my diet/routine. Like clockwork, I eat every day at 9:30 AM, 12 PM, and 3:30 PM. Typically chicken and sometimes with a veg. I'm going to be switching to Cut Diet v3 soon, so not sure what will change as far as foods.. Either way - Suggestions for eating twice daily on the road? Obviously I can't just drink shakes both meals, and I can't eat a protein bar twice a day for 5 days a week..
