I was on a roll over the last year trying to gain weight... I had put on about 22lbs (my dumb ass was in jail for 8 months and in there I really had nothing else to do but eat everything I could find and do body-weight excersizes (lame asses dont have weights there)) So I was pretty happy starting to put some weight onto my skinny ass, but I got out in March and since then its pretty much all dropped off again because im back to my boring ass sit on the computer all day and do graphic design job where I get no sleep and blah fucking blah. Anyhow, im downright pissed off at myself since I was starting to accomplish a lot so im trying to shock myself back into a productive state here again. I sent a goal of 35lbs by 03/01/06 which equates to 1.66lbs/week Is this feasible for a relative hard-gainer or am I just expecting way too much of myself? basically I just plan on eating 5 or so meals a day, watching my protein intake, and get back to working out... hell even if I work out the way I did in there without weights I KNOW I can gain weight at a decent rate because I already did it once. Im just not sure if I should set my goal a little lower because although 1.66lbs doesnt sound like a lot to a fat ass, it sounds like a lot to my hard gaining ass. Opinions? Set goal a little lower? Go for it? Try for 336lbs?
