What? I use 100% argon every dayI didn't think 100% Ar would work at all for stainless.
75/25 AR/CO2 can work with the right wire.

edit: nm you’re talking mig

More progress on the lemons car. Starting to look like a legit racing shitBOX
Not that I’ve read in the rules for lemons or champ car. The only real stipulation is that outside tangent to tangent of the door bars are no less than 6” for champ and 7.5” for lemonsthey dont make you have a side bar higher up ?

40' container max cap is 29 tons. they ship several per containerThat table weighs almost 2000lbs. How the hell do they ship that from China for $550. Be mindful how you are gonna move it and get it where you want it. That table isn't worth it unless you buy all the clamps to go with it. You aren't going to want to be tacking stuff to that table.
40' container max cap is 29 tons. they ship several per containeridk tbh but if that's not the case, there's a huge markup on everything listed. them charging $4 for a ball end hex wrench
i've ordered thousands of those things (not 14mm) and they're pennies from any supplier in China.

Still has to get from China to the US. Then freight to its destination. Lots of handling, and not to mention trucking costs. Just seems cheap considering, I just got a quote to ship a 10ft projector screen from the east coast to AZ for $850.weight is nothing for ships. its volume. but yea i'd def get the entire ground up system from him with everything.

Thats disappointing for a Miller. Which one did you go with?
Welp. My Miller is broken after about 1-2 hours of total burn time. Diagnosed it to a loss of continuity somewhere between the trigger and the machine.
I'm sure the warranty will take care of it, but pretty disappointed. I'd say, even without the failure, this machine is about 60% as good as the harbor freight it replaced. That's not taking cost into account.
you split the gun apart to see if its the microswitch in the trigger? jumper it when apart and see if it activates.
pull the cable jacket and check your trugger wires. no continuity?Just raced to Matheson (where I bought it) to try and get a new gun. Of course they closed at least an hour early with no explanation. There goes my weekend welding plans. I guess I'll start drinking now.
pull the cable jacket and check your trugger wires. no continuity?
use the shortest length mig cable you can still access your workpiece well , it reduces wear and tear from rolling and unrolling and reduces drag on the filler wire liner, making the parts last longer and the machine's work easierNo continuity on the machine side. So there must be a break in the wire somewhere.
Just learned miller only warranties the guns for 90 days so I'm SOL on a free replacement. I guess I might as well tear into this one and see if I can find the break in the wire and fix it.
