Typically with pole-barns, the concrete pad is poured after the building gets put up. The builder should be back in the next week or so to wrap up the pad, doors, and gutters.Killer! Why no slab? Too expensive?

Looks nice. How long do the poles last in dirt vs concrete?

When the budget allows. I’m not sure if the builder included an apron in the cost - I’m waiting to hear back from them.getting a pad out front of the shed as well?
Mmhmm. Going to get 2” conduit for 100a service to the shed and 3/4” conduit for Ethernet and coax.rat board on the bottom done?
also bury a 3/4" conduit for ethernet please
Hopefully my until the next person buys the house and can deal with it. I didn’t know such a product like the post savers existed so I never thought about needing it.Looks nice. How long do the poles last in dirt vs concrete?
I bought several of the Sunco UFO 33k lumen high bay lights from Amazon for my garage. They are extremely bright. My garage has a 16ft and 12ft ceiling. The 33k might be a little to much for a 12ft ceiling. It'll be personal preference, when looking straight ahead at the 12ft ceiling height, you may catch the light at the top of your vision and it may bother you for being too bright.Concrete going in today and doors soon.
Any recommendations on shop lighting for this 30x40x12 building?
they make a repair sleeve

Got my tool boxes and TV moved over. I suspect that progress is going to move even slower now![]()
I can make you a set no problem. No clue what to charge though, most of the stuff I make are gifts. Shoot me a pm we can figure out a price that works! I'm pretty busy these days so it won't be the fastest turn around, I just got a job as manufacturing supervisor at a sheet metal fab shop and am pulling lots of OT right now.I’ll take a pair if you want to make and sell them.
