AFTER - 200lb
Nice bicep increase in the after shots. Looks like you've been eating lots.
How much are you benching nowdays and how much were you doing back then?
yer bench has gone up around 20kg on my 5rm
how many kgs is 20lbs?
approximately 10kg man, went from 80 - 90

Keep at it man. You're making progress. Good job. Weak points, Traps stand out to me... or rather don't stand out, you know what I mean.
Once again, I don't notice any difference.

and thanks trancezj, yes I do neglect the traps, will add some power shrugs in sometime soon.
I see a little, but not as much as you'd think after a 20lbs gain.
