I usually do 2%, but I sometimes drink 1%
I definitely can't drink skim milk......
what would you say is the "overall best"?
i drink whole only
breast milk, son.

semi-skimmed. Think that's around 1.5%.
2% and Whole Chocolate when bulking 1% when cutting.
Non-fat I've become used to the taste

Mixes better with protein powder than whole IMO.

skim... its a taste thing more than anything else. grew up on it so anything else might as well be heavy cream.
Gradually went down in steps...first 2%, then 1%, then skim. Anything higher than skim now leaves an odd taste in my mouth like I'm drinking whipping cream. Never could stomach homo (homogenized...or whole, for you non-Canadian types)
The finest 100% Cambodian breast milks. If that's not available 2% will do.
