I've been doing the bill star for the last 2 months. My shoulder was annoying me so I saw a sports medicine doc yesterday who says minor rotator cuff problem, and that no push / pull over 10 lbs for two weeks. The only things I can think of are front squats, lunges (maybe), and abb work. Can anybody else suggest any other good non pushpull excercises? Also, I forgot to ask the doc yesterday, but do you guys think basketball is safe? He said no more then 10 lbs overhead.
