Failed my first 315 Bench attempt today. Felt light coming down. Sticking point was about 6 inches off my chest. Anybody have any good advice on what to focus on to get past that sticky spot? Warm up sets went like this: 135 x 5 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 1 went up nicely 315 Fail. PR before was 285. Guess I got too aggressive. Shoulda jumped to 295 or 305.
