Or you can get a 2gig extreme 3 for $14 more dollars
Or you can get a 4gig lexar pro 133x speed for $8 more after rebates.
I just sold one of the two cards I got on Black friday for $70
$20usd international shipping fuck that.
was it unopened? I still have 2 unopened cards that I got on black friday! I plan on returning them or selling them to get the 2gig extreme 3's
Ya it was unopened, like I got it from the place.......put it on Craigslist and had 4 emails and 2 calls within 45 minutes
wow that's amazing, thanks for the tip. Do you remember what the wording on your craigslist advertisement was?
Can you pm it to me so I can sell my cards on craigslist also? And what was your suggested price on craigslist?
whats the point of the extreme III
faster read/write speed. So if you shoot in bursts, the time it takes your camera to write it's cache to the CF card is significantly less. Hence, you can shoot pics faster.
WErd, got my extreme the but its a 1G ftl
but have you noticed any difference between 2gig ultra 2 and 2gig extreme 3?
I had a 2 gig extreme 3 once and that is the only card that ever failed on me. Not to mention I didn't really notice a huge difference between the extreme 3 and ultra 2
don't get me wrong though, I still say extreme 3 > ultra 2
Hence the more expensive price difference moron
there is no need for this response and no need to resort to name calling
God you fucking crack me up so much now
doesnt work when you compare EF-S to EF.
EF-S = less sensor to cover = easier to design = less glass = cheaper prices
so EF = covers more sensor = more complex design = more glass Thanks for clearing that up
yes, which means it has to be much more expensive, or have corners cut in its design.
I'm sure since it's an L series lens there is no corner cutting. I don't think the 70-200 has many corners cut, 400mm f/2.8 doesn't seem to have any corners cut..
BMW doesn't cut many corners on their M series vehicles.
you pull the SHITTIEST analogies ever
For Canon the Canon L series lenses are "the best"....
For BMW the BMW M series cars are "the best".... Don't agree with that go into a BMW thread and say a 3 series is better than an M series
what would be a better non-photography related analogy?
its like talking to a bratty child
Lenses are not cars, and although I quite like the m3 and m6, they are not an example of no expense spared. Infact like mercedes their build quality has been a little questionable over the last few years.
Corners are cut in every product, particularly lenses. Why does the 16-35 have any visible corner distortion at all? COST
Sure it is a great lens, no one is arguing that with you. But you are insane if you think that price alone means better quality.
Why did you bring the lens debate into this thread? Just accept that the ef-s is a great lens with similar performance and better focal range than a 16-35. This makes it a better choice for someone with no intention of going FF.
