I did'nt lift on St. Patricks day and I really feel like shit tonight...
I fuckin' hate it when I have to put off a work-out. Makes you feel like your muscles are detiorating at some amazing pace. At least for me it does.
you booze you loose
yeah skipped yesterday too and ate bad... I looked at the mirror this morning and I thought wow I gained like 5lbs of fat and lost 10lbs of muscle.. I felt and look like shit.
I lifted after drinking
I started early
Skipped yesterday drank but ate well.
Drinking once in a while isn't a bad thing! I went on a 4 day bender last Thanksgiving and didnt miss a beat in the gym when I got back!

yea i decided to get drunk for st patty's and bought a case of guinness since it wasn't a lifting day
two beers later, for the first time, drinking made me feel dirty and i went to the gym to do cardio
I could'nt sleep last night so I ended up doing litterally 500 crunches in bed, then my mind allowed me to sleep...I've got the broly bug
I've only gotten into the gym once this week due to some major floor refinishing and having to stay with the in laws. I just feel small. (Yes, I know I'm small anyway @180lb)
God I payed for yesterday big time...I started sweating pure ethanol during rows
ate and drank a lot yesterday.....how much of in an impact does a binge day really have if you're trying to lose weight?
