Alright, so this time I am gearing up to enter a competition later this year (not for looks or iron) and I need to get my general fitness and strength up. So I have started training 4 hours a week on top of my normal exercise routine. Should have measurements later this week and then every 6 weeks. The main area I want to really work on is between my knees and my hips Stubborn fuckers! I have a before shot, but won't show it until I have something decent to replace it with I am very visual so unless I keep a track in photos I can't tell the progress. Plus I now have a weight bench so I need to come up with a routine.
