    Exercise:

Warm up - rolling and 400m row

    3 x 46kgs (80%)
    3 x 51kgs (90% - going for max effort)
    6 x 46kgs (80% - going for max effort)

I was by myself, so had no spotters. Not sure if I could have gone heavy or not, but my thighs hurt from the lunges last night.

    Sled Pulls
    Sled pull - 2 x 10m
    Sled pull + 25kilos - 2 x 10m (40seconds)

Massive ridges in my shoulder and back muscles. My right side is broken. As I released from the farmer carries the sensation in my shoulder and back muscles was scary. Like a tearing, but only on release, not on pick up. I didn't go as heavy as I think I could have due to that.

    Mood:
I am so tired, and lacking any drive. I haven't eaten properly in the last three days and I have no desire to do so. :o

Check out those hamstrings bitches :wiggle:

    School holidays WOOHOO :o
First day of 'Ocsober'. Decided to sign up and go without booze for 31 days. Didn't even dare make my risotto with white wine  I don't know if I drink 'too much' but I rely on it too much, so figured I'd try and see how I go. (For those who are interested in what it is)

Sleep is becoming a problem for me. I'm waking up regularly and I don't sleep in like I used to. Shoulders hurt (I'm a side sleeper) so decided to take ZMA (4). Second time ever taking it and I only two two last time. I hope I wake up.

    Exercise:

    None today

    Food:
10am - coffee and breakfast wrap
    2pm - tex mex
6pm - All you can eat buffet (1)
8pm - yoghurt and some 'wallaby bites'

    Injuries:
Went to the physio today. She dry needled my right trap - OMG THE PAIN. I told her about the tearing sensation in my left leg (same side I had the hip issue) when I stretched. She said it's in the connecting tissue and found it straight away. So she decided to needle that too. Oh the ache  She said I needed to get into the ITB between the quad, as well as between it and the hammy. EVIL!

I left exhausted and aching, but I know it's all working towards a goal of having a better body. The fact my lifts have all gone up and the act of lifting is now easier, I know it is and it's awesome!!

    Mood:
Last day of school holidays :h5: More family stuff today due to my son's birthday. Feeling fat and 'meh'.
