    Exercise:

Warm up - rolling, trigger point, 400m run, box jumps, push press and deadlifts (20 kg bar)

    WOD:
    13.2

    AMAP in 10 minutes

    5 x 35kg push press
    10 x 35kg deadlift
    15 x 20" box jumps

I did this back in March for the CrossFit Games Opens. I did 20 less reps today :(

    Then Deadlifts:

    3 x 60kgs
    3 x 65kgs
    3 x 70kgs
    3 x 70kgs
    3 x 70kgs

    Food:
    9am - BCAAs
10:30am - Two scoops of WPI
    1pm - Bacon & eggs and a coffee (1)
2pm - Boost Smoothy (Some protein mix, can't find the exact type on the website)
    7pm - Pulled pork & Salad (2)
8pm - Pretty sure I'll have some Ice Cream!!

    Injuries:
Right bicep tendon started to hurt after the WOD. Whole body was sore and tired. Third Rx work out in a row - pretty sure that's a record for me. All of the pain :hs:

    Mood:
Massive beak down at the gym today. Started to cry around round 2 of 13.2 and I had one of my trainers come over and tell me to keep going with lots of positive words. At the end of the work out I just burst into tears. Wheeeeee. I know the physical exhaustion was a big part of it.

A plus though, I had a friend ring me up to check in since I'm not on Facebook. She was asking a favour from me, but she still asked how I was so that was nice. :hs:

    Sleep:
Approx 7 and a half, 8 hours sleep. Could have slept a lot lot longer.

I think the bench press is paying off :dunno:

    Exercise:

Warm up - rolling & trigger point, skipping, 5 cleans (bar), 10 v ups, 15 lunges with bar, 5 cleans, 10 v ups, 15 lunges with bar.

    WOD:

    21-15-9

    Cleans @ 35kgs
    Toes to bar

50 double unders at the end of each round.

    23:04

Fourth Rx in a row :h5:

    Food:
    7:30m - banana
    8am - coffee
    12pm - Salmon & salad (1)
5pm - Two scoops of WPI and BCAAs
7pm - Chicken with capsicum spread (2) - had no interest in food, plan was to make wraps.
7:30pm - Mango, and WPC smoothie (3) Two and a half glasses

    Injuries:
Body was actually okay going in to the work out. Right knee was sore after the WOD as the cleans had me coming up on my right toes and uneven hip movement :(

    Mood:
Planned all day to go to the gym to achieve the 4th Rx in a row. I got there and my work out was slow, but I survived and that was the plan. Bad over all was okay. Don't think it would have made a difference to the work out though.

    Sleep:
    7 hours. Needed way more.

Taken this morning. Totally relaxed, no posing or tensing. I could clearly see the two abs separate, but doesn't show in photo. Maybe If I had tensed they would have but that is cheating :big grin:

    Injuries:
Saw the physio today. Worked on my lower back and left quad. Last week when I was doing C&Js I was pushing to the right with my hip. Today I was straight.

    Mood:

Strange day. Work out was difficult, not from a movement point of view, but when I was breathing I didn't feel any response from my body and it was a little scary.
Suffering some anxiety today due to drinking over the weekend. Not enjoying it one little bit.

    Sleep:
7 and a half. Not enough. Was horrible.

    Sobriety:
Didn't have an alcoholic drink. Drank on Saturday night for the first time in over a month. I'm going to make an effort to not have alcohol in my life every day any more. The plan is to make a strong point of not needing a drink.

aussies are hard to open up. wife and i lived in aus for over a year, and our only friends are non-aussies. we go out of our way to invite co-workers to get-togethers, they ALWAYS flake out. We made good friends, but they're iranian ex-pats. lol.

Went and saw Salt n Pepa and it was AWESOME!!! Pretty much one of the best days of my life. In the morning I met a cat on a leash while I was having breakfast and that night I sang Shoop in the same room while S&P sang it. OMG OMG OMG

    Back to reality now
