    Exercise:

    Warm up - roller & trigger point, 400m run. 30 seconds of each (x3), high knees, kicking butt, plank, alternating to right & left, hand in air and balance, slow air squats.

    WOD:

    Back squats

    10 x 20kgs
    6 x 30kgs
    6 x 40kgs
    6 x 42.5kgs
    6 x 45kgs
    6 x 47.5kgs
    6 x 50kgs
    6 x 50kgs

    2k run: 10:35

    Food:
    8am - bacon, eggs and coffee (1)
    11:30am - Fish & Salad (2)
    5pm - 'a shake'
    8pm - Chicken & Salad (3)
    8:30pm - Banana, pears, cream, and chocolate (4)

    Injuries:
    Middle back - lots of knots

    Mood:

    Exercise:


    Morning:
    Warm up - 400m run, 10 x 16kg KB swings, 10 hollow rocks, 10 shoulder taps, 3 inch worms (legs straight, hands to floor and walk them out into plant position. Walk feet in, stand up. hands to floor, walk feet back out into plank position then walk hands in. Stand up and that's one),10 x 16kg KB swings, 10 hollow rocks, 10 shoulder taps, 3 inch worms10 x 16kg KB swings, 10 hollow rocks, 10 shoulder taps, 3 inch worms

    WOD:
    25-20-15-10-5
    16kg KB swings
    Push ups.

    Once that was done,
    200m farmer carry (2 x 16kgs)
    5 walk climbs (push up position with feet on wall, walk hands in until upside down, and down)

    19:39 - Didn't get Rx as my wall climbs didn't see me touching the wall with my stomach :(

    Push ups are hell for me and I found myself still doing 20s while other people were doing farmer carries so had a cry, then sucked it up and got on with it. Then after the workout, I was told I couldn't claim Rx because I didn't do the wall climbs all the way (was about 3 inches from the wall) so had another cry :(

    Then had a friend call me and ask to hang out, so i did and life got better. :)

    Monday 18th November, 2013

    Exercise:

    Warm up - Trigger point & rolling, skipping, 400m row, and cleans and thursters with pvc.

    WOD:
    Fine 1RM
    Power Clean
    Clean
    Clean into Thruster (Cluster)

    Worked up to 42.5kgs. Tried 45kgs but failed at the thruster.

    As many rounds in 8 mins of
    10 thrusters (choose 40% of 1RM weight, so I did 17.5kgs)
    20 double unders
    10 sumo deadlift high pulls
    20 double unders

    My double unders sucked today. So much I cried in frustration.
    Did two whole rounds :ugh:

    Food:
    9am - coffee
    1pm - rooibos tea
    5pm - a shake.
    7pm - chicken (with mushrooms and bacon) with salad (1)
    8pm - half a tub of whey whip

    Injuries:
    Physio today, and she worked on my jaw and neck. Hopefully it helps the traps and back too.

    Mood:
    Awesome weekend ;) Had an awesome day. Attacked the work out knowing it was my weakness, then ended up getting spat on by the double unders (which I'm good at). WTF!!! I cried :(

    Sleep:
    7 hours. Need more.

    Sobriety:

    Drank over the weekend, but didn't drink today.

    Exercise:

    Warm up - trigger point & rolling, 400m row (picking row lately because I suck at it) and push ups with pauses at the bottom

    WOD:

    Dips.
    Worked up to 3-3-3 with an extra 2.5kgs. Did a few sets before at bodyweight. Very happy :big grin:

    Toes to bar 15-15-15 Wow. They were hell :rofl:

    Deadlifts:
    Worked from the bar (20kgs) to 70 for 3-3-3. Was shattered after the dips and T2B.

    Food:
    8am - banana
    10:30am - Bacon, eggs, mushrooms and coffee (1)
    3pm - a banana
    4pm - Rice (2)
    8pm - Camel burgers w/ salad (3)
    8:30pm - Banana and apple, with cream and banana (4)

    Injuries:
    Nothing to report :)

    Mood:

    Went and gave plasma today. Chugged back so much water this morning to counteract the morning gym session with much success. Apparently I have awesome blood pressure, haemoglobin, and veins, and my output of blood is amazing :rofl:

    Exercise:

    Warm up - trigger point and rolling, 400m run, 10 KB SDHP, 10 KB Swings, 10 KB squats, 10 KB presses, 10 KB Swings, 10 KB squats, 10 KB presses.

    WOD:

    20 minute AMRAP

    1k row

    then AMRAP
    5 Hand Stand push ups
    7 Pull ups
    9 Burpee box jumpovers

    Managed a 4:01 1k row :h5:

    Then only three rounds plus one hand stand push up.

    First WOD with Handstand push ups and did them kipping :big grin: Did the first round 5 straight. Did the pull ups with an orange band (did the first round with a red band)

    Food:
    11am - coffee with a breakfast wrap (1)
    3pm - Coffee WPI/WPC with milk
    9pm - Chicken and veggies (2)
    9:30pm - milk chocolate and pistachio (3)

    Wow. Is that it? :ugh:

    Injuries:
    Nothing to report. Although my pec minor are killing me after the work out.

    Mood:
    Meh. Strange day. elvis wagged the gym but I made a point of going, so went by myself. Did it. Didn't nail it (second slowest score in the gym :wtc:) but survived.

    7 hours. Woke up more refreshed than normal, but need more sleep.

    Had a glass of wine with dinner.

    Started at 20kgs and worked up to 27.5

    Then:

    30 seconds to get 3 x 32.5kgs
    90 second rest
    30 seconds to get 3 x 35kgs
    90 second rest

    Exercise:

    Warm up - rolling & trigger point, 400m run, 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 10 jumping squats, 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 10 jumping squats, 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 10 jumping squats, and power clean movements with 20kilo bar.

    WOD:
    Work up to 1RM Power Clean.

    Made it to 57.5 (new PB). Tried 60 a few times but couldn't get under it.

    1 power clean
    10 front squats (unbroken)
    400m run
    1min rest.

    Final score is tonnage minutes time in seconds.

    I did 25kgs = 750.
    In 11:14 = 674
    750-674 = 76

    20 calories on the rower (set to 10)
    40 KB swings (12kgs)
    80 sit ups.
    160 double unders.

    Completed in 19:38

    Head down bum up today. Managed the gym first up, then did some work. Haven't really been focused on work lately, so it was nice to get back into it.

    Had a few Bourbon and Coke Zeros. I do find myself scared when I 'feel like drinking' since doing Ocsober. Not sure if I'm over thinking it, or adequately thinking about my choices.

    No gym today

    Food:

    10am - coffee with a breakfast wrap (1)
    3pm - protein shake with mango, milk, half a cup of oats, and two scoops of protein.
    4pm - a Ćevapi
    7pm - Kransky sausage, vegetables and eggs (2) - We were meant to have ribs, but I burnt them :rofl:

    Injuries:
    Tight. Doms. Sore. Awesome. :rofl:

    Mood:
    Got my work mojo back, but had a downer towards the end of the day. I'm pretty sure if I hadn't had that happen I would have gone to the gym, but I couldn't shake it and the WOD had lots of running. Slept instead.

    Sleep:
    7 hours. Also had a two and a half hour nap instead of going to the gym.

    Sobriety:
    Had a cider.
