I started doing BJJ and Muay Thai this past month and have loved every moment of it. the only problem is i do not have enough time to work out. the only option is to work out on friday sat and sunday, which would be three days in arow with 4 days of no weights. would this be okay to do? ps: i cant work out in the mornings, my schedules about to be 6am-5pm and MMA is 630-730 or later. then i have to study. and even if possible, woudlnt i be technically overworking myself by lifting after a workout of that measure?
