I've been dieting for about 5 months now eating around 1700-1900 calories and doing the Bill Starrs routine Christophers posted up. I've been doing pretty good losing about 20lbs and keeping all my muscle.I just started MMA training and I was wondering if I should raise my calories to give me a bit more energy. I still want to cut, so do you guys think if I raise my calories say 500 more a day that I would still continue to lose fat. I'm still doing the Bill Starrs routine also 3 times a week, should I change up my lifting plan also. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
