I love being off on monday so I can make a real breakfast
nice pouse pad
It's my mom's
then u cant put the eggs on the bagels. :/
wtf did you do to those eggs?
i'd hate to see your other breakfast when you're in a hurry
looks over easy
fuck no they aren't. They are fucking burnt nasty too. Apparently you know nothing about cooking eggs, but don't feel bad, becuase no one has a clue how to do them.
yeah, I was thinking the same thing really
it looks like the eggs were cooked in some grease, thats what usually gives them the brownish color.
edit - but i don't see any sausage or bacon on the plate, so
It's been forever since i've had a bagel
Damn bitches, way to hate on a nga's b-fast. And I fried the eggs in butter which is why they get crusty on the sgdes but it makes them artery cloggingly delicious. And I cook them well because I don't really like them runny. They're not burnt, they were perfectly soft but cooked on the inside, and slightly crispy around the edges. I used to be a chef so I think I know how to cook eggs.
Honey wheat bagels too.
It's usually granola bar, banana, yogurt. all very portable.
The only thing you need is some whole wheat toast.
Toast dipped in over-easy yolk is Delicious.
meh, the bagels were toasted, and wheat, close enough for me.
those are eggs? i thought they were hash browns or something
You still burn th eggs though. Eggs should not be brown, regardless of cook temp. What culinary school did you attend?
No culinary school, just all on the job training. So technically I wasn't a chef at all, that's just the job title I had. I worked for a few catering companies. And yes the eggs were a little brown on the edges. Not really burnt, just brown from the butter. maybe cook temp was a little high Still delicious
Easiest way to make over-easy eggs is to use a small frying pan and add some water when the pan is really hot to let them steam(make sure you have a lid on the pan duh). It makes the yolk like jelly(which is perfect, still sweet but not runny as hell) and you dont have to flip it.
protein shake with fish oil and multi-vit for my breakfast every morn
cept saturdays, when I have time to make some eggs and whole wheat toast.
