I use a treadmill 3-4 days a week, 40 min, various intensities. I switched to early mornings because of my job, and it is kicking my ass. I can do it in the afternoon (on weekends), and have no problem, I fly right trough it and can increase the intensity as needed. But as soon as the weekdays come, and I use in the morning when I wake up, it's like I'm physically unable to do keep my stamina/pace up. I am trying to lose fat, and have lost about 60lbs so far. I do weights 3 days a week in the evening and box for 30min after that. I eat around 1500 calories a day, mostly lean chicken, veggies and protein shakes. I am stacking Jungle Warfare/Venom Hyperdrive/CEE right now to keep my strength while I up my cardio and cut my calories. I drink Cytomax when I'm on the treadmill, and Purple Wraath when lifting. Any insight into why my cardio is tanking in the morning, or anything that has helped others?
