i've decided i'm going to start running again. mainly for the cardiovascular benefits but i'd like to get those bottom 2 abs to show again too my schedule is just way too busy after work so mornings are my best option right now... just wondering those of you who run first thing in the morning, do you run on an empty stomach or do you eat a light breakfast first and then run? i know in the past if i eat/drink a lot before a run i get side cramps. at the same time i've run on empty before and i had ZERO energy. just curious what other FN OTers do.
