Sups/shakes/food whatever... pre and post, lets hear it!
Pre-eating (fasted cardio) is more effective iirc.
I did it saturday and sunday last weekend and plan on doing it at least twice/week before classes this semester. Seems to be a good way to get you ready for the day.
N.O. Xplod before and lots of water during. I lift shortly after I wake up so I usually don't eat until afterwards. I would prefer to eat breakfast first and be able go about a hour later but my schedule prevents me from doing so. Muscle Milk and Ultramet after and througout the day.
i doubt it will matter much either way
