I always thought I was fairly self motivated also I have a fight coming up so I thought Id be sweet. But yeah I am constantly finding excuses not to go to the gym diets still shit. I think moving citys (1800miles) and a new group of friends none of whom are interested in MMA has killed any urge for me to train. I still want to fight and once I get to the gym Im fine and have good intensity. So how do you guys/gals do it?
