I have been lifting and doing cardio for about 2 months now. I have probably lost around 20 lbs. But it seems that i am losing my motivation. I was on a 5-day split (during break) but now, since school started up again, i have been lucky to get in 3. Religiously twice a week though. I am usually there for 1.5 hours, with 15-20 min of cardio (elipitical). I do a full body, and try to superset for the most part. I dont really have a routine, just jump from machine to machine, usually about 3 at a time in a circut. this used to take me about an hour or so to finish. but now i seem to be done earlier. i dont feel any soreness in my muscles the next day, so i have been increasing my cardio to more 20 min to counteract my quasi-laziness. i am the kind of person who kinda sets a goal, and when i see some results, i kinda say, "meh, thats good enough". I am at my lowest weight since probably freshman in high school (210lbs about 6'3) any suggestions?
