Any thought on why my harley develops a vibration around 15-25mph?

Bought a used wheel and new tire. Did the shop
No true the wheel before mounting the rubber?

if it happened on a wheel/tire swap I'd say something to do with that

spoked or cast/forged?

it might need to be trued. it also might need to be balanced... or both :mamoru:

do you have any sort of stand that you can put the bike up on so you can spin the tire while watching it?

Yeah I’ve got a lift. Didn’t notice much. I did notice there are 5 weights, on each side of the rim, in the exact same place. That doesn’t make sense to me

how much wobble is there?

if by "on each side" you mean left and right, but next to the same spoke, that's how they're supposed to be (usually)

Picked the wife's Scrambler up today. It's a great back-to-basics bike

there's supposed to be a mark on the tire where the valve stem goes

Not on these tires.

But I did remember that they accidentally put the wrong tires on when I took it in, then slapped the correct ones on the next day. I have a feeling they may have kept the weights on from the previous tire.

after ~10 miles my zx6r threw the battery light and when it was turned off it didn't have enough juice to kick over again. assumed it was the battery so i replaced it. same thing happened again. voltage while running is 11.9x  can a bad stator work sometimes?

If voltage is that low while running, it isn't charging at all.

stator is probably more likely than RR but idk that specific bike
that's after running for ~15 minutes tho... like, if it's not charging at all it should have been dead right?

Kawasaki seems to have a stator issue. Homies 2008 10r ate one and a computer because of it.

Think I'm gonna spend some money on a good chain. Went +3 with JT Sprockets parts last summer for <$100 for both sprockets + chain and have been having to adjust the chain almost every week.
