I'm sure this is an old topic, but I'm having trouble finding a good protein bar with a good amount of good carbs, plenty of protein (of course), and low fat. I was looking at Chef Jay's tri-o-plex bars, but they're too calorically dense as a midday snack (with my diet) and oat-rageous bars but they have hfcs ( ). Homemade ones are acceptable, but I can't keep making them and it would just be more convenient with a pre-packaged one b/c i need to carry it around while I go to classes. Any suggestions? Looking for around 300 calories, 30 from carbs, 30 from protein, and less than 10 from fat. Give or take.
