I know I am in BAD need of a good set of vitamins. I'm anemic and have been for a while now, and am not getting a lot of what I need through my limited grocery budget. (98% of my groceries have to be kid friendly and they are rather picky) I was about to just run off and get some "One-a-days for Women" but thought it would be in my best interest to get some opinions from you guys. PREFERABLY something I can pick up at Walmart, as i don't have a GNC near me (or equivalent of) If you'd like to get a feel for my normal diet before suggesting something, check out my training log.
