anyone try it yet?
i ordered one pack with my bn order to try. bout time someone sold it together
I posted a thread about it a while ago and it got shitty responses so I'm guessing no one has tried it yet.
well, i'll let you know by the end of the week. i got maple brown sugar.
i use 2 scoops of muscle milk, 2 cups whole milk, 10 strawberries, 1 banana, 5 oreos and 3/4 cup of oats -- blended.
how many cals is that
do the math silly
~300 for muscle milk, ~240 for whole milk, fuck if I know strawberries, 100 banana, who blends up oreos? prolly around 200, 3/4 cups of oats 225
close to 1k i'm guessing, probably more like 1200-1400...i dunno, it's just a fuckload
ive tried protein plus oats, and, oats plus protein.
#1 - protein shakes with uncooked oats. really good. it makes it a nicer consistency. dont really notice any change in flavor.
#2 - cooked oats with protein.
i mean, cytosport makes a product called 'muscle milk & oats'. that you make like the oatmeal out of the packet. except it has protien in it.
i was wondering if anyone tried it yet.
i wouldnt grind up the oats like that, it makes them digest much faster and increases gi
seems like it'd be healthier to let them digest more slowly?

with the fiber in the oats and the fats in the milk, the gi wouldn't mean shit.. not that it really does anyways
Tastes good, and easy. I love them.
it's not...bad. it's ok to get down. half the fat of normal MM, & the same protein. plus 34g carbs. so it's all good i guess.
hmmm. muscle milk plus oats plus high protein pasta plus creatine plus some chicken to top.
what type of protein does it have?

ok i just ordered a 12 pack of maple and brown sugar. hopefully it tastes good.
