Thought I'd share this now that the car is finally at the stage where it's dialed in. I've taken great care to be meticulous in documenting everything I've done over the years here:

Thoughts? Criticisms? Complaints on the swap? Go for it.

Wow, first time I've gotten to see this.
Very impressive work. It makes me hate myself for owning FDs for so long and not being this enthusiastic about them.

As a 20 year FD owner, I have no problem with LS swaps. It works great with the chassis. Congratulations.

I have two FDs and have only this spring started messing with them again. Most of me thinks it's time to move on and sell them to someone who wants to do this type of stuff.

I don't recall you ever mentioning what you've done to your FD's.

Very nice. Always been a huge fan of FD3S's with LS's. Looks like you are local based on the locations... if I ever go crazy and decide to get rid of my stealth tt and get a FD3S I'll know who to harass!

A question I've not been asked for a long time.
My first FD I purchased in 1996. I went the route of all the standard mods at the time and focused on it being a track car. I used it on track continually until about 6 years ago and it's been pretty much parked since then. It still has the stock twin turbos, Power FC, Intercooler, Exhaust, etc. All the standard stuff, and front brake kit. It was never much over a 330hp car, but the suspension was done very well and it was always just about the fastest thing around when I had it on track. Modern stuff would run away now, but it was king for a long time. I have the interior mostly pulled and a rear half bolt in cage in it, mostly for the harness support.
The other FD, I got about 10 years ago and it's a stock looking car with all the old-school standard Pettit Racing modifications. It's about 315hp or so, obviously depending on boost and has been lowered, but is otherwise stock appearing. It's quick as hell and was always my street toy. I think I only took it to the track two or 3 times.

Thanks for the reply. I have a 951 that has turned into a money pit. Has a maf conversion 60-1 turbo, 968 M030 sways, street level coil overs 330lb equated spring rate with a matching t bar. Somewhere around 350wheel. Fun car for sure but I've always had a soft spot for the FD. Ive also got an MR2 turbo. TRD springs and sways, 93 rear subframe/links 96+ ct20b turbo and lsd trans. That one is maybe 250wheel. I just do mointain runs and autox though.
